Call Forwarding

Zain makes it easy for you to forward (divert) your incoming calls at any time to any other phone number including, your home or office telephone, or to your personal Voice Mail, using your call forwarding feature.

Plus ,you can even forward your calls while roaming! Callers can be diverted to your Voicemail box where they can leave you a voice message. You can check your Voicemail box for messages at any time and call back when it is more convenient for you.

Activation Process

Divert all calls:
To activate Call Diverting:
Dial **21* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] # followed by OK (SEND).
For example: Dial **21*059 123 4567# followed by OK (SEND) in order to divert all calls.

To deactivate Call Diverting:
Dial ##21# followed by OK (SEND)

To check the status of Call Diverting:
Dial *#21# followed by OK (SEND)

Note: all incoming calls will be diverted whether your phone is switched on or off.


Divert when busy
To activate Call Diverting when your line is busy:
Dial **67* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] # followed by OK (SEND)
For example: Dial **67*059 123 4567# followed by OK (SEND) in order to divert the call when busy.

To deactivate Call Diverting when your line is busy:
Dial ##67# followed by OK (SEND).

To check the status of Call Diverting  when your line is busy:
Dial *#67# followed by OK (SEND)

Note: Call divert when busy can only be activated if Call Waiting is not active.
 

Divert when there is no reply:
To activate Call Diverting when you do not reply:
Dial **61* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] # followed by OK (SEND)
For example: Dial **61*059 123 4567# followed by OK (SEND) in order to divert the call when there is no reply.

To deactivate Call Diverting when you do not reply:
Dial ##61# followed by OK (SEND)

To check the status of Call Diverting when you do not reply:
Dial *#61# followed by OK (SEND)
 

Divert calls within a period of time
To activate Call Diverting when you do not reply after 5 to 30 seconds:
Dial **61* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] ** the length of time desired # followed by OK (SEND).
For example: Dial **61*059 123 4567**15# followed by OK (SEND) in order to divert the call after 15 seconds.

To deactivate Call Diverting when you are not reachable:
Dial ##61# followed by OK (SEND).

To check the status of Call Diverting when you are not reachable:
Dial *#61# followed by OK (SEND).


Divert calls when not reachable
To activate Call Diverting when you are not reachable (your phone is switched off or you are outside the coverage area, etc):
Dial **62* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] # followed by OK (SEND)
For example: Dial **62*059 123 4567# followed by OK (SEND) in order to divert the call when not reachable.

To deactivate Call Diverting when you are not reachable:
Dial ##62# followed by OK (SEND).

To check the status of Call Diverting when you are not reachable:
Dial *#62# followed by OK (SEND).

Standard charges will apply depending on the destinations the calls are forwarded to.
Calls forward to Zain voice mail are free of charge.
