Zain KSA, leading telecommunications and digital services provider, has received two awards from the Council of Health Insurance during the CHI Excellence Awards 2024. The accolades reinforce Zain KSA’s leadership in building a healthy and sustainable work environment.
Zain KSA was honored with the Best Employer Health and Wellbeing Program for Large Enterprises award, along with the Health Communication Excellence award, following a highly competitive selection process among 157 nominees. The company’s pioneering Be Well program, dedicated to supporting employee mental and physical health, played a key role in securing this recognition.

The accolades reflect Zain KSA’s commitment to implementing policies and initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing. These include free psychological consultations, extended maternity support with longer parental leaves and increased childcare support to four years instead of two, a dedicated platform for exclusive employee benefits and discounts, and a day off celebrating World Mental Health Day.

Zain KSA’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Loluwah Saad Alnowaiser, received the awards from the Minister of Health, HE Fahad Abdulrahman AlJalajel, during an official award ceremony.
